New York - Cape May

Today we will drive to Cape May from New York. Cape May is the southernmost point in New Jersey and a year-round destination for families, couples, photographers, artists, and nature enthusiasts. In the afternoon, you can take Cape May Whale Watcher to watch whales and dolphins or experience intense and exciting water sports, and take an adventure! Walking on the beach at night, blowing the sea breeze or going to a bar, is it really enjoyable!

Cape May is an island at the southernmost point of New Jersey accessible by one of two bridges that cross the canal linking the Delaware Bay to the Atlantic Ocean. Miles of pristine beaches, restaurants for every taste, year-round festivals, world-class birding, and a showcase of late-Victorian architecture—there isn’t just one reason to visit Cape May.

Kindly Reminder:
1. Safety is # 1, therefore, very small children are prohibited from the first two rows and side seats. The Captain reserves the right to alter, designate, or change any passenger's seat for any reason at any time.
2. The boats are FAST and LOUD smaller children must be at least 44" tall (avg. 5 yr. old) to be seated properly in their seats.
3. Anyone under 18 must have parent or guardian fill out liability waivers. Any child under 14 yrs old must be accompanied by a paying adult on the boat.
4. We do provide life jackets prior to boarding the vessel. The boats are also equipped with the appropriate number of adult and child emergency life vests located under the seats of the vessel. The crew will point them out.
5. Identification, cash and credit card: Handy for jet boat captain gratuity. Please leave pocketbooks, backpacks, and beach bags secured in your vehicle.
6. Electronic Devices: Many people bring cameras and cell phones, however, due to the nature of our trips, large amounts of water are possible. Therefore, East Coast cannot be responsible for damage to any electronic equipment including cell phone and other water sensitive items such as hearing aids and electronic ignition keys. All items are brought at your own risk.
7. Smoking and alcohol is prohibited on the jet boats, on/at the loading dock or parking lot area.
8. During May and September, when the weather is cooler, we suggest you dress warmly or in layers. During the warmer months, June, July, and August the typical attire is shorts, t-shirts, sandals, and flip flops. Bring along, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Be prepared to get wet and dress according to your comfort level. We suggest wearing clothes that dry quickly and perhaps steer away from denim pants or shorts and leather footwear.

Jet Ski Rental
Jet Ski rentals are a great way to live life to the fullest this summer without breaking your budget. Experience the thrill of blasting off on a brand new three-seater waverunners and jet skis! Prior to your adventure, you will be given a safety briefing on the State and Local personal watercraft regulations by a USCG licensed captain. You also will be instructed on the safe operation of your Jet Ski so you will be fully informed about your rental! Then you will be escorted out to East Coast's large, safe riding area, and your boundaries will be identified for your safety.
Kindly Reminder:
1. All renters/drivers must be 18 or older with valid photo ID and credit card.
2. Passengers under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during rental usage. Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers under 18 years of age.
3. Passengers must be at least 44" tall.
4. Rentals are inspected before and after rental period. Renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any damage, repair and labor costs.
5. All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms. The company reserve the right to deny rentals to persons not qualified or experienced enoug.
Day 2
Cape May - New York

This morning, you will have free time in Cape May. You can watch the sunrise on the beach. Morey's piers & beachfront water park, and Ocean Oasis Water Park are suitable for children and families of all ages! You can personally experience the famous Wildwoods Boardwalk. In the afternoon, we will go to the Cape May County Park & Zoo. Then we will return to New York.

Cape May County Park & Zoo
The Cape May County Park and Zoo is free and open every day of the year except for Christmas (weather permitting). They’re located just a few miles up the Garden State Parkway at exit 11. The zoo features over 550 critters representing more than 250 different species. In May 2010, the birth of two Snow Leopard cubs put the zoo on the map.

"1. If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
2. Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy:
a. More than 20 days prior to departure date (EST): Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
b. Less than 19 days but 10 days prior to departure date (EST): 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
c. Less than 10 days prior to departure date (EST) or on departure day (EST): 100% penalty. No refund.
d. Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
e. If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated."
"1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
5. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
6. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. We provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. We do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval."
"1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While Tour makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. Tour is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. Tour reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle."
