    Olympic National Park

Olympic National Park, located in Washington State, is one of the most iconic parks in the country. It features four distinct regions: the Pacific coastline, alpine areas, the temperate rainforest on the west side, and the drier forests on the east. The Olympic Peninsula offers 73 miles of stunning coastal views, while the majestic Olympic Mountains rise at the park’s center. Thanks to its isolation from the mainland, the park is home to many unique plant and animal species found nowhere else. Come explore one of the most visited national parks on the West Coast!

    ------------------------------
    Hurricane Ridge

Situated within Washington's Olympic National Park, this mountainous area is a popular year-round destination for hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. During the summer, several picnic areas become accessible, making it an ideal location for a scenic day trip from nearby Seattle.

    ------------------------------
    Or Ediz Hook

Ediz Hook is a narrow peninsula extending from Port Angeles Harbor, offering expansive views of the Olympic Mountains and a distant glimpse of Canada across the water. The area is known for its vibrant natural beauty, with sightings of seals, occasional glimpses of orcas, and a wide variety of bird species. A small colony of stray community cats also roams the hook. At its far end, you'll find a U.S. Coast Guard Station, which plays a vital role in search and rescue operations, homeland security, and environmental protection.

    ------------------------------

    East Beach

East Beach, located on the northeastern shore of Lake Crescent and less than a mile from Highway 101, is a conveniently situated and popular destination—especially during the warm summer months when it quickly fills with visitors. Stretching from Stearns Wharf to just beyond the Clark Estate at the city limits, East Beach marks the eastern end of a four-mile stretch of city beach parks. The area features picnic facilities, over a dozen volleyball courts, a playground, and stunning ocean views, making it a favorite spot for both relaxation and recreation.

    ------------------------------
    Lake Crescent

Located in the heart of Olympic National Park, this deep lake is known for its striking bright blue waters. It was formed during the last Ice Age, shaped over thousands of years by glacial activity.
